How pure is our lime juice?
We have 2 versions of lime juices available. Pure lime juice versus the sweetened lime juice.
Pure
While we would like to claim that it is 100% pure, to be exact, it should be 99.9% pure only, due to trace elements present from the source itself.
Sweetened
Over the years as we developed, there were more request for the sweetened version for convenience purpose. So we came up with the sugar-added version whereby all you need to do is follow a simple dilution method and the drink is ready.
But hey, you can always still go for the pure version and add honey for a healthier choice. The pure lime is also very versatile for your cooking needs.
How to dilute the sugar-added version?
Our dilution formula is very easy. 1 part of our concentrated sugar-added lime juice to 5 parts of water. That's all. And we suggest to best serve it chilled, as it can be so yummy.
